WHEN WILL MY GAME TICKETS BE MAILED?

We ship out the packages about 2 weeks before each outing. Please be patient. We promise you'll have them in time.


 

CAN YOU MAKE DOG CLOTHING?!?!?!?!?

Not really our cup of tea. We're gonna stick to humans for the time being. Maybe one day, but not on our radar.


 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

The majority of orders ship from our warehouse within 24 hours, and most orders arrive within 3-5 days. Please allow us (and the US Postal Service) up to 2 weeks to get your order to you. We do our best to keep all of our items in stock at all times, but random sizes can go out of stock from time to time. We will keep you informed of any delays and usually get back ordered items out ASAP.


 

HOW DO YOUR SHIRTS FIT?

Our garments fit true to size, but we recommend you follow the care instructions to keep the best shape. We recommend washing all of our clothes in COLD WATER and HANG THEM TO DRY. If you don’t intend on doing that, you should maybe go up one size just to be safe.


 

I LIVE IN CANADA, the UK, GERMANY, FRANCE, AUSTRALIA, etc. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

At this time we are not accepting international orders. SORRY! We’re working on it. Our license only covers the States.


 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

Yes, only within 30 days of purchase. Include a note stating what you’d like in exchange or if you’d like a refund. If you are exchanging, include $5 CASH (or a check made out to THE 7 LINE) for the return shipping to you.

YOU CAN NOT EXCHANGE OUTING T-SHIRTS. WE MAKE THE EXACT AMOUNT PER GAME. PLEASE ORDER ACCORDINGLY. 

ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS CAN BE DONE IN PERSON. PLEASE DO NOT STOP BY THE WAREHOUSE. We don't have a storefront and no transactions can be done in person.

CONDITIONS:

  • ITEMS MUST HAVE THE TAGS ATTACHED IN ORDER TO RETURN/EXCHANGE. No exceptions. ITEMS MUST NOT BE WORN, WASHED, STAINED OR DAMAGED.
  • We can not accept a return/exchange that we can not re-sell.
  • If you bought an item from our kiosk at Citi Field we can not accept those returns/exchanges. You can return these items back to Citi Field, but you MUST have a receipt and it MUST be within 30 days of purchase.
  • IF YOU PURCHASED A HAT AND WANT TO RETURN/EXCHANGE THE DECAL ON THE LID MUST STILL BE ATTACHED. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY THE CAP IS CONSIDERED "NEW" AND THE ONLY WAY WE'LL BE ABLE TO RE-SELL IT. IF THE STICKER IS MISSING, THE CAP IS NO LONGER "NEW" EVEN IF YOU HAVE NOT WORN IT. 


I’M A GRAPHIC ARTIST AND HAVE AN IDEA FOR A SHIRT. DO YOU ACCEPT SUBMISSIONS?

Yes. We are always up for hearing new ideas. There are plenty of creative Met fans in The 7 Line Army and we would love to work with you. Email your ideas to info@the7line.com and we can get the ball rolling. You will be compensated for your work and will get credit in the item description.
