We sent out our donation check yesterday to the Bombay Teen Challenge. Lauren Geldzahler made 200 friendship bracelets and we sold them here on our website. The profits went to Bombay Teen Challenge. Unfortunately people don't always believe others act in a trustworthy manner. Alas the photo of the check. This charity is near and dear to R.A. Dickey's heart and we wanted to help the cause. No matter what happens to R.A. we will be making more of these and will continue to donate to BTC.
We are also about to cut a check to the Gary Carter Foundation. We know that the inventory is extremely low on almost all sizes, but if you'd like to get one you can do so by clicking HERE. They are $25 each and so far we have raised over $14,000 to donate.
The donation for K.B. IS MY HOMEBOY to the Make A Wish Foundation is also still going on. Get one for $20. We are giving a portion of those profits back.
The popular uNitY shirts are also still in stock. This had an overwhelming response and brought in almost $20,000 to donate. We are keeping true to our word and distributing it to different areas of NY affected by Hurricane Sandy. A friend passed along the link to the Tunnel To Towers donation page. They have an area where you can distribute the money. We will be donating to NYC, Staten Island and Long Island.
All of our donations have to be out by the end of the calendar year so if you can swing it, now would be the time to buy. Thank you everyone!
Just like last couple holiday seasons, for a very limited time, we're offering in person pickup at our warehouse! This year each order of $20 or more is going to come with two free gifts.
We'll be spending Opening Weekend in Houston! Hopefully you'll be one of the 1,300 Mets fans kicking the season off with us in Texas! The Astros didn't have enough availability to fit us for Opening Day, so we locked up 1,300 tickets to game 2 of the season on March 29th.
