WHEN WILL MY GAME TICKETS BE MAILED?

We ship out the packages about 2 weeks before each outing. Please be patient. We promise you'll have them in time.


 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

The majority of orders ship from our warehouse within 24 hours, and most orders arrive within 3-5 days. Please allow us (and the US Postal Service) up to 2 weeks to get your order to you. We do our best to keep all of our items in stock at all times, but random sizes can go out of stock from time to time. We will keep you informed of any delays and usually get back ordered items out ASAP.


 

HOW DO YOUR SHIRTS FIT?

Our garments fit true to size, but we recommend you follow the care instructions to keep the best shape. We recommend washing all of our clothes in COLD WATER and HANG THEM TO DRY. If you don’t intend on doing that, you should maybe go up one size just to be safe.


 

I LIVE IN CANADA, the UK, GERMANY, FRANCE, AUSTRALIA, etc. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

At this time we are not accepting international orders. SORRY! We’re working on it. Our MLB license only covers the States.


 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes, but only within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that we have a strict no returns policy on bathing suits.

PLEASE READ THESE CONDITIONS CAREFULLY:

  • No exchanges are allowed. Due to our fast-moving inventory, if you'd like a different size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

  • Tags must be attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and undamaged. We cannot accept returns for items that we cannot resell.

  • No in-person returns. Please do not visit the warehouse. We are not a storefront, and no transactions can be made in person.

  • Event outing t-shirts cannot be exchanged. We produce the exact quantity per game. Please order accordingly.

  • Hat returns: If you are returning a hat, the sticker decal must still be on the brim. If the sticker is missing or the brim is bent, the hat is no longer considered "new" and cannot be returned—even if unworn.


 

I’M A GRAPHIC ARTIST AND HAVE AN IDEA FOR A SHIRT. DO YOU ACCEPT SUBMISSIONS?

Yes. We are always up for hearing new ideas. There are plenty of creative Met fans in The 7 Line Army and we would love to work with you. Email your ideas to info@the7line.com and we can get the ball rolling. You will be compensated for your work and will get credit in the item description.
