9/11 TAILGATE WITH THE 7 LINE ARMY
Of course we'll be tailgating before the 9/11 Subway Series game at Citi Field, BUT there are a couple thing you NEED TO KNOW beforehand.
IMPORTANT UPDATE (9/7)!!! We are switching parking lots for this tailgate party! We're normally in the MARINA EAST LOT, but for this one we'll be in the MARINA WEST LOT.
Thank you to the Mets for helping us secure this new location! This area is smaller, but it will not be open to the tennis crowd, so we should be set with plenty of spots and space for our crew.
We recommend showing up by 2pm! The surrounding area will still be hectic due to the Subway Series capacity crowd, and US Open traffic.
Type 1 Marina Road Queens, NY or World’s Fair Marina Restaurant & Banquet in GPS or if you're taking an Uber or Lyft.
PLEASE SEE THE BELOW MAP TO GET FAMILIAR WITH WHERE TO GO! Instead of entering Citi Field through the Bullpen Gate after the tailgate, it's a shorter walk to the left field entrance.
The game is at 7:40pm, and there will be a special 9/11 pre-game ceremony. As usual the ballpark gates will open 2 hours before first pitch, and we should be in to our seats no later than 6:50. So plan to start cleaning up to head in from the tailgate around 6:00.

If you'd like to bring your own grills, drinks, and snacks, you're more than welcome to, but please respect the lot and make sure you CLEAN UP after yourselves.
Also, nobody likes a mooch, so please don't go rummaging through coolers that don't belong to you. If you're feeling generous and you'd like to share, that's totally your call, but come prepared.
