The scene was Game 3 of the 2015 World Series. Noah Syndergaard went high and (kind of) tight to Alcides Escobar to kick off the game. The Royals were not happy, and chief among the irritated was third baseman Mike Moustakas.
It was postgame that Syndergaard made his now-famous, “60 feet, six inches,” remark, which had to be at least partially directed at Moustakas.

Fast forward two-and-a-half years later and it seems like Thor hasn’t forgotten about their beef.
Moustakas signed a one-year, $6.5 million deal with the Royals last week, roughly $12 million less than he could have made had he just accepted Kansas City's qualifying offer. And on Saturday evening, this popped up on my Instagram feed:

Either Noah is just finding the humor in all this: a crummy situation for the players underscored by Moose’s situation and punctuated by a picture of him yelling at Syndergaard. Or...there’s still some hard feelings. Either way, God bless social media.
Cheer with The 7 Line Army at Chase Field. This will be our 2nd trip to Arizona, and we hope you'll be able to join us. Our last visit was way back in 2018, and we had an amazin' time. We hope for more of the same and more this May!
We hope you'll join us for the 3rd annual T7L7K! Run (or walk) with us through Flushing Meadows Corona Park, up to the Shea Stadium base paths, and back. Finisher medals for all. Post race catered by Mookie Wilson's Legacy Catering.
We've been holding it down at Hop Life the night before Spring Training Opening Day since 2019. Great location, wide open outdoor space, a delicious menu, games, and more. This year, we're adding karaoke to the mix. Bring your best and worst voices, and break the ice with your fellow Mets fans.
