DRINK UNITED WE CHEERS AT THESE BARS!

DRINK UNITED WE CHEERS AT THESE BARS!

You may have heard the news by now, but I teamed up with Mikkeller NYC on a tasty beer for The 7 Line Army. It's appropriately called "United We Cheers", and has been flying off the shelves since the surprise release in March. It's a 4.3% German style pilsner that many say is the "perfect crushable game day beer".

I've been wanting to work on a beer forever, and the fine folks at Mikkeller NYC helped make it happen. Working with a brewery connected to Citi Field couldn't have been a better fit. Not to mention the beers are just delicious, and the people behind the operation are all top notch. Cheers all around!

Batch two dropped recently, and the online inventory for their "Beer Here" delivery service sold out in minutes. Again. Yes, you can get their wide selection of beers delivered if you're in NYC or Nassau County. It's a marvelous thing.

The brewery has been hopping so far this season, and the addition of their outdoor space really adds some flavor to the place. United We Cheers has been flowing strong. The taproom is currently SOLD OUT.

Batch 3 is on deck and should be available at the brewery by the end of May.

So... where else can you drink United We Cheers you ask? Great question.

I selected a handful of bars that already have strong relationships with The 7 Line Army. We wanted our beer to be stocked at some of the places the group already frequents. Keeps it in the family if you will.

YOU CAN DRINK UNITED WE CHEERS HERE WHILE SUPPLIES LAST:

JESSE'S HARVEST HOUSE
5819 MAIN STREET
TANNERSVILLE, NY 12485

The Tannerville / Hunter Mountain area is like a second home to me, and when UWC was coming out, I absolutely had to get some up to the Catskills. My good friends Sarah and Phil opened up the restaurant & lodge a couple winters ago, and everything about the place is excellent. Fresh local ingredients, great atmosphere, friendly staff, and cold United We Cheers.

THE PINE
37-10 114TH ST
FLUSHING, NY 11368

The Pine is the closest spot to the ballpark (that isn't Mikkeller itself) to carry our beer. They are a great pre or post-game spot for drinks and food. Located just down the block from Citi Field. Walk west down Roosevelt Ave, bang a right on 114th, and you're there. Tell Dina and the crew we said hi.

LION'S HEAD TAVERN
995 AMSTERDAM AVENUE
NEW YORK, NY 10025

Surprisingly enough I heard about this place on Twitter. They use the tag #MetsBar a lot, and their website says they are "Manhattan's Mets Bar". After seeing the bar decor, they definitely walk the walk. The place is covered in Mets memorabilia, and they fly a T7L flag to boot. Head to the Upper West Side to catch a game at Lion's Head, and wash down a W with some United We Cheers.

FOLEY'S
18 WEST 33RD STREET
NEW YORK, NY 10001

Foley's describes themselves as "an irish bar with a baseball attitude", and that couldn't be more accurate. Shaun Clancy and his staff couldn't be better. The food, the drinks, the baseball memorabilia EVERYWHERE. I can't say enough great things about Foley's. Located in mid-town and just a short walk from Penn Station, and one of my go to spots when I'm in NYC.

Hoptron Brewtique
22 West Main Street
Patchogue, NY 11772

Hoptron is the go-to spot in Patchogue if you like a wide selection of beers, and a chill vibe. Owned by big Mets fan, Amanda Danielsen, Hoptron has a rotating list of 16 brews on tap, and there is over 100 different cans and bottles available as well. I highly recommend you pop in for some beers the next time your doing the rounds on Main Street.

Arooga's Patchogue
1 West Main Street
Patchogue, NY 11772

Arooga's RVC
49 N. Village Ave.
Rockville Centre, NY 11570

If a sports bar atmosphere is more your speed, Arooga's in both Patchogue and Rockville Centre will be up your alley. They have a tv in every nook, a ton of taps, a hefty menu (including vegetarian options), and many of the bartenders often hit games with The 7 Line Army.

STAY TUNED FOR MORE LOCATION ANNOUNCEMENTS SOON!
