The former Mets World Series champion and known reprobate has reportedly agreed to a boxing match against Chris Morgan, better known to the internet as “Bagel Boss Guy” for his epic rant at a Long Island bagel store:
so in bagel boss this morning, the misogynistic douchebag seen in the video was degrading almost all of the female staff as well as other patrons. fuck this guy. pic.twitter.com/LZh1Uk4UXZ

This is destined to be hilarious yet pathetic. Dykstra and Morgan’s history began when the former MLB All-Star attempted to help Morgan find inner peace after his rant went viral, in which Mr. Bagel Boss rejected. And while we find it perplexing that this whole event is actually happening, the two have not only begun training for the fight, but have also traded some pre-fight jabs of their own on Twitter:

ITS OFFICIAL! @LennyDykstra is fucked
That's the real reason he'll forever be known as "bagel guy."

I'm not really sure who wins or loses here, even from a fan’s perspective. But if you do have a dog in this fight, the voters on this OABT poll are siding with Nails.
Who’s gonna win?

The fight is set to take place September 7th in Atlantic City, NJ.
Tailgate with us on Saturday July 5th! You don't need to be sitting with The 7 Line Army to tailgate together. Let's get the good vibes started in the parking lot and hopefully they continue until last pitch. Food, drinks, games, music and more in the Marina Lot.
Swing by the K Korner on Monday June 23rd before the Mets take on the Braves. If you're sitting with us or not, you can enjoy exclusive specials on Montauk draft beers by rocking any of your T7L merch to the bar.
Join us for a fun run (or walk) 5K the morning of The 7 Line Army outing in Pittsburgh. If you’re not feeling the whole route, just cut it short and head back to the ballpark. All paces, and distances welcome.
