I've taken dozens of flights out of LGA over the years, and not once have I had the opportunity to shoot this angle. It's hard to believe the stars have never aligned, but it seems I'll always either be seated in the aisle, on the wrong side of the plane, or they'd fly a different path.
Rod lucked out while taking off yesterday. Part of the wing, a glimmer of the skyline, 126th street, the whole field, etc.
