David Peter Yansick

May 20, 1981 - May 1, 2026

David "Big Dave" Peter Yansick was a part of our group from The 7 Line Army's very first outing at Citi Field back in September of 2012.

Dave became a home package season ticket member with the group soon after, and would frequently travel to road ballparks along with Spring Training to cheer on the Mets.

Our hearts go out to Dave's family and friends during this extremely difficult time.

Several people will not be able to attend David's funeral but have asked if it will be live streamed. If you would like to join us from afar, go to staidanparish.org and scroll halfway down the web page to live masses. David's mass will be at 10 o'clock on Friday, May 8th.
