We're kicking the season off in Houston with The 7 Line Army on Saturday March 29th at Daikin Park.
Start your day off on a positive foot, then sightsee or do whatever else you have planned before the Mets/T7LA pre-game party later on at Pitch 25.
Check out the route and RSVP to the event on our Strava Group.
This is not a closed course. The roads will be open! Stay in the shoulder (or sidewalk) and be safe! Be respectful and mindful of traffic and pedestrians.
The course is not marked, but it's basically a big square. See below if you don't have Strava (to follow the map).
1) Start outside the ballpark on Hamilton
2) Left on Congress Street
3) Left on Harris Street
4) Left on Leeland Street
5) Left on Jackson Street
6) Right on Polk
7) Quick Left on to Avenue Of Americas and back up to the ballpark
If you aren’t feeling up for the full route, do whatever you're comfortable with and head back to the start. The start/finish is at the same spot.
All paces and distances are welcome, so please spread the word to anyone else that might want to get their steps in with us! Wear a Mets hat or shirt for our group photo!
Bring your own hydration, but we'll have free LMNT electrolyte packs while supplies last. They sent us a ton.
The run/walk will start at 9am, but get there earlier to stretch and mingle.
Meet on the corner of Preston and Hamilton Streets at 8:45am! The run (or walk) will get going at 9am.
If you're on Strava click HERE to join the event and to save the map.
PRE-GAME DETAILS FOR LATER IN THE DAY:
Cheer with The 7 Line Army at Chase Field. This will be our 2nd trip to Arizona, and we hope you'll be able to join us. Our last visit was way back in 2018, and we had an amazin' time. We hope for more of the same and more this May!
We hope you'll join us for the 3rd annual T7L7K! Run (or walk) with us through Flushing Meadows Corona Park, up to the Shea Stadium base paths, and back. Finisher medals for all. Post race catered by Mookie Wilson's Legacy Catering.
We've been holding it down at Hop Life the night before Spring Training Opening Day since 2019. Great location, wide open outdoor space, a delicious menu, games, and more. This year, we're adding karaoke to the mix. Bring your best and worst voices, and break the ice with your fellow Mets fans.
