T7LRC Philly Fun Run

We're kicking the day off on Saturday July 18th with some miles around Philly with The 7 Line Run Club. We hope you'll join us!

MEET UP: Marriott, 1001 Intrepid Avenue

We're staying a bit further away from the city so it makes more sense to get our steps in around the hotel instead of through downtown. We'll meet up out front, run up to FDR Park for a loop, then back through the Navy Yard.

All distances/speeds welcome if you have more (or less) than 3 miles in mind. It's a pretty straight forward route, but you can follow the Strava map. Bring fluids, we'll have some free LMNT electrolytes if you're interested.

If you aren’t feeling up for the full distance, do whatever you're comfortable with and head back to the hotel. The start and finish are at the same spot. DON'T BE INTIMIDATED.

All paces and distances are welcome, so please spread the word to anyone else that might want to get their steps in with us! Wear a Mets hat or shirt for our group photo!

If you want to run FAST, go for it. If you want to run slower, or walk, do the same. This is all about bringing fans together that want to enjoy the morning on a positive foot. We're in town to watch the Mets, but also hang out with and meet new people.

The run/walk will start at 9am, but get there earlier to stretch and mingle.

Be respectful and mindful of traffic and pedestrians.

Plan to stick around once you're done to cheer on and encourage everyone else as they make their way back. The Marriott has a pretty good breakfast/coffee spot in the lobby, so head in for a bite when you're done.
