We're kicking the day off on Saturday April 26th with some miles around DC.
Start your morning on a positive foot, then sightsee or do whatever else you have planned before the Mets/T7LA pre-game party later on at Royal Sands.
We picked a slightly shorter route than our usual fun runs. This one clocks in at 2.63 miles.
Solid turnout! Plenty of runners and walkers getting their steps in this morning in Houston. Love being able to bring people together for more than just the game. #T7LRC #LGM pic.twitter.com/qNxn40E3D8

If you aren’t feeling up for the full route, do whatever you're comfortable with and head back to the start. The start and finish are at the same spot.
All paces and distances are welcome, so please spread the word to anyone else that might want to get their steps in with us!
Wear a Mets hat or shirt for our group photo!

The course is not marked, but it's basically a rectangle. See below if you don't have Strava (to follow the map).

PRE-GAME DETAILS FOR LATER IN THE DAY:
Cheer with The 7 Line Army at Chase Field. This will be our 2nd trip to Arizona, and we hope you'll be able to join us. Our last visit was way back in 2018, and we had an amazin' time. We hope for more of the same and more this May!
We hope you'll join us for the 3rd annual T7L7K! Run (or walk) with us through Flushing Meadows Corona Park, up to the Shea Stadium base paths, and back. Finisher medals for all. Post race catered by Mookie Wilson's Legacy Catering.
We've been holding it down at Hop Life the night before Spring Training Opening Day since 2019. Great location, wide open outdoor space, a delicious menu, games, and more. This year, we're adding karaoke to the mix. Bring your best and worst voices, and break the ice with your fellow Mets fans.
