South Bay Lobster Tacos by Chef Dave Pasternack of Catch of The Day: Loved how he melted the jack cheese around the edges of the white corn tortilla to create cheese crisps...brilliant! All the ingredients tasted very fresh and vibrant. I love the spicy kick from the jalapeños! This is a gourmet lobster taco: Who knew you could find this at a ballpark?!?
Fried Chicken Sandwich by David Chang of Fuku: This is one of my favorite fried chicken sandwiches anywhere. It’s crispy with moist, tender dark chicken meat and has just enough spicy kick to keep it fun to eat. It’s perfectly balanced w/ tangy pickles and sandwiches between a soft, sweet, Martin’s potato bun. It’s probably the easiest and most non-messy food to eat at a ballgame.
Chicken Roll w/ Parmesan Ranch & Spicy Peppers by Box Frites: The hot dog got a modern makeover with this delicious chicken roll. Instead of pork sausages, you get a crispy fried chicken with tangy pickled red peppers sandwiched between a hot dog bun...so tasty!

The sushi, and more specifically the california rolls, from Daruma of Tokyo.

We'll be spending Opening Weekend in Houston! Hopefully you'll be one of the 1,300 Mets fans kicking the season off with us in Texas! The Astros didn't have enough availability to fit us for Opening Day, so we locked up 1,300 tickets to game 2 of the season on March 29th.
