If this is a whole new world for you, please don't be intimidated by the 7k distance! That measures out to 4.3 miles. Most "fun" runs are 5K (3.1), so this is just a tad more. Start getting your steps in today and build up until the big day!
Yes, there is a virtual option to participate if you can't make it to Queens. You'll still get the race bib, event shirt, and finisher medal, you just need to get the miles in on your own at the location of your choice.
Runners will race the course, but you're welcome to walk it if that's more your speed. We're trying to promote a fun, positive, healthy experience, while helping raise money for a great cause that's close to our heart.
