UPDATE (June 3rd 2020): The Mets have updated their ticket policy for all games through May, and it can be found HERE. The team is taking things month by month and will have future updates as additional games become impacted.
Both members and single game buyers will fall under the Group Purchasers section of the ticket policy for impacted games. Accounts are eligible for credit + a 10% bonus should you carryover your payments to 2020 and through 2021.
Our home package members will receive a credit based on the ticket value of impacted games. You will not receive a credit for the membership jersey, Mrs. Met bobblehead, or wearable flag, since we paid for those, and they are already in your possession.
Single Game purchasers will receive a credit based on all payments.
Customers seeking a refund for missed games should follow the process under “Additional Information”.
If the schedule picks up, and fans are allowed back at the ballpark, we will have further information regarding ticketed games that were planned on our schedule.
