The 7 Line Army's 2020 Syracuse Mets Outing

As you know, the outing we had planned up in Syracuse with The 7 Line Army for this season was cancelled. Now that the season is completely cancelled, the team reached out with the details for any fan that had purchased tickets to sit with us.

This is the first season since 1960 that there will be no professional baseball in Syracuse. We are heartbroken that the game we love will not be played this season. We thank our fans for the support they have shown us during this time we will be back next season. #LGSM pic.twitter.com/bswwUMBKxf

The 7 Line Army Members,

First of all, we hope you are safe and healthy! We have been thinking of you throughout this crazy, unprecedented time. Thank you so much for your patience as we have waited for an official update on our season from Minor League Baseball. As you may or may not have seen, unfortunately our season has been canceled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. We are just as sad as you that we are not able to enjoy Syracuse Mets Baseball during this summer of 2020. 

I am pleased to inform you that your 7 Line Army Tickets will be exchangeable for the 2021 7 Line Army outing! Your payment will go onto account credit which can be applied to your 2021 package once it is released. If you would like to request a refund, as opposed to using your credit for 2021, you can do so via email to myself, Will Commisso at wcommisso@syracusemets.com. The deadline to submit a refund request is August 17^th, 2020. 

This has been and will continue to be a difficult time for many businesses. As a seasonal business that is not getting a season, this pandemic has been particularly difficult for us baseball teams. Once we are back up and running for the 2021 season, it will have been 20 months since we have been able to see any revenues from games played. That is a difficult way to run a business.

If possible, please consider holding onto your account credit to exchange for the 2021 outing. This will greatly help the team through this difficult time.

I thank you so much for your support over the years and know that we get through this pandemic stronger and ready for another baseball season where our community can come together, show our strength and the best of what we are as Central New Yorkers and Mets Fans.
