Our first outing of the second half at Citi! For sure the Mets have had a less than stellar start. One thing to take note of though, the Mets ARE 6-3 when we're in the buildings this season. So, odds are we'll be 7-3 after this one.... haha we'll see.
We expect this tailgate to be on the lighter side for a variety of reasons, but we'll be out there regardless. It is a giveaway night (Mets Basketball Jersey), so we know some fans will dip right in to the ballpark after work.
The Mets take on the White Sox, and as usual we'll be hanging out in the Marina Lot beforehand. The game is at 7:10pm so we expect fans to start showing up around 4pm for this one. If you can't swing it, we'll see ya inside.
We'll start wrapping up around 6:30 to get inside before first pitch.
Just in case of bad weather, there is also a large covered area under the highway that'll keep you dry if needed, so don't be scared if a sprinkle is in the forecast.
Swing by to see some friends, maybe meet some new ones, and responsibly wash down a couple cold ones. We'll have a giant cooler of free Corona while they last. Don't be shy, come grab one or two if you're 21+.

If you're unsure where the Marina Lot is, you can type "Marina East, Corona, NY 11368" in to Google Maps, or look at this map...
Even if you're not sitting with us, you're more than welcome to come by!
If you'd like to bring your own grills, drinks, and snacks, of course you're more than welcome to, BUT please respect the lot and make sure you CLEAN UP after yourselves.
Also, nobody likes a mooch, so please don't go rummaging through coolers that don't belong to you (besides the one we're bringing). If you're feeling generous and you'd like to share, that's totally your call.
SEE YOU IN THE LOT!
We'll be spending Opening Weekend in Houston! Hopefully you'll be one of the 1,300 Mets fans kicking the season off with us in Texas! The Astros didn't have enough availability to fit us for Opening Day, so we locked up 1,300 tickets to game 2 of the season on March 29th.
