Thanks Grandpa

by 2 September 12, 2012

There's no doubt in my mind that my family rubbed off on me. This is my Grandfather, Bill Meenan (on the right) who I have blogged about in the past. To you newer readers, he was a head honcho at the Shea Stadium Press Gate back from 1972 until the mid 90's. Luckily my family and I enjoyed the many perks of his employment. Going to games as a kid was one of my favorite things to do, and 30+ years later... it still is. Those were the days and they absolutely changed my life. Yesterday my Dad found these old photos from the 80's along with this employee pass for the 1986 NLCS playoffs. Imagine these were around today? Talk about an easy bootleg! Thanks Grandpa Meenan!
