Throwback Thursday

by 2 June 02, 2014 0 Comments

SpringTraining1986_mock   My grandparents used to frequent Spring Training back in the 80's, but I don't recall ever seeing any t-shirts from their visits. I have quite a few hand-me-down World Series pieces of apparel, but nothing from good old St. Petersburg. If you were to be lucky enough to come across a brand new t-shirt from the last World Series Spring Training season, I'd believe it would go for upwards of $100 or so on e-bay. So, we're making our own "throwback" version for a fraction of that. This "Throwback Thursday" release will be available for $23 this Thursday at noon right here on The7Line.com in both men's and women's t-shirt sizes. ________________________________________________________________________________ Here are my grandparents Dorothy and John Trypuc at Spring Training in 1986. Even scored a photo op with Ron Darling. They loved the game. RIP. MetsSpringTraining1986 MetsSpringTraining1986RonDarling
