Mets to retire 31

The Mets announced today that they'll retire Mike's 31 to the wall at Citi Field on Saturday July 30th. The whole weekend will be dedicated to Mike with a jersey giveaway on Friday, the retirement ceremony on Saturday and a bobblehead giveaway on Sunday.

Of course, we'd like The 7 Line Army to be present and instantly got on the horn with the Mets. We scooped up the remaining seats (618 out of 860) in the Big Apple Reserve.

This game IS NOT part of our 14 game ticket package, as it was just announced. In order to keep this outing open and fair for all T7LA members, they'll be sold on a first come first serve basis.

Sale date and pricing will be determined later, just wanted to keep you all in the loop. It's been a long time coming for Mike, and we can't wait to cheer him on this summer.

P.S. The Cooperstown bus/camping details still being hammered out. Sit tight, folks.
