LET'S FUCKING GO METS!

LET'S FUCKING GO METS!

Pete Alonso has a message for Mets fans.

Call me crazy, delusional, stupid, or whatever. I'm fully sucked right back in after these last couple weeks. I was on the ropes there for a bit, but I didn't hear no bell.

Let's be honest though, if you know me, I'm right there on the ledge each season until the last possible moment with this team. When they're mathematically alive, I'm all the way in.

If you can't get excited after the last 11-5 stretch since the all star break, you've either just been burned too many times by this team, have ice in your veins, or are just a more realistic fan than me.

The boys skipped over 4 teams since the all star break, and are within 5 games of a wild card spot with 56 left to play. This is not crazy. It's just math, and when you add it up, it's not THAT far of a stretch.

If you don't want to take it from me. The guy with blind optimism. Take it from the Polar Bear himself.

LFGM!
