After this last season, the close of game 162 came as a relief to a lot of fans. While I'd rather watch baseball than pretty much anything, it was a rough year to live though. We don't need to rehash all the bad. Nothing positive comes of highlighting the season ending injuries, 90+ losses, and consistent heartache.
Instead, I'll try to share some of the fun times we had in 2017. First up is this pre-game party down in DC at The Bullpen. It's not really a bar. The drinks are limited to just a few options, but it's a fun place. They basically took an empty lot and bordered the permitter with stacked shipping containers. Set up a stage, crank the music and invite some food trucks. It's a super simple idea, but it works. Looking forward to the next party this coming April 7th. We completely take over, and Nationals fans hate it. It's an excellent time.

I miss baseball, and my friends in T7LA. It's 20 degrees in NY right now, I'm bundled up like a freakin' eskimo and there's just 47 days until pitchers and catchers report to Port Saint Lucie. The last few months went kind of quick for me, hoping the next two follow suit.
We'll be spending Opening Weekend in Houston! Hopefully you'll be one of the 1,300 Mets fans kicking the season off with us in Texas! The Astros didn't have enough availability to fit us for Opening Day, so we locked up 1,300 tickets to game 2 of the season on March 29th.
