There hasn't been a whole lot of new photo content out there lately, so today I went to my vault. This collage is one of my favorites for a few reasons.
The final tailgate party of 2014 was a fun one, and even though it was another lost year, we went out with a bang. Pig Guy NYC set up the night before to roast a pig, and we served a free breakfast spread for everyone who was sitting with us. Drinks were consumed, laughs were had, and new friendships were formed. Little did we know, a little over 12 months from this, we'd be prepping for the World Series.
The bottom photo was shot by Drea, and ended up being the cover of our 2015 calendar. It's cool to see how many strangers in that crowd are now great friends. All it takes is putting yourself out there.
I was standing next to Drea shooting some video, and simultaneously Michael Cerrone (RIP) was snapping photos from the crowd back at the bridge.
Three angles of one really fun moment in time. It's not where you are, but who you're with.
Counting the days doesn't get it here any faster, but we're just 88 days until our Spring Training outing in Port Saint Lucie. Grab tickets next Friday and join us!
We're heading back to Port Saint Lucie to kick off the 2025 season! Join The 7 Line Army on Saturday, February 22nd to watch the New York Mets take on the Houston Astros at Clover Park for Spring Training Opening Day.
