"Live your life, enjoy yourself, you'll succeed if it's meant to be."
I've gotten an up-close view at how Darren works and lives, and that's pretty much him in a nutshell. Determined, passionate, even frenetic, at times. And all of that and more is what makes The 7 Line what it is.
To film this one, the web series True Inspirations went out to both the warehouse in Hauppauge, and to the BMX trails Darren and his buddies have built adjacent to his house. It's the T7L story in a nutshell, and it focuses on the core tenants that drive the business to this day.
You've likely heard how T7L is derived from the culture of BMX. Seeing the two next to each other really portrays a clear juxtaposition; how things have morphed from Darren's days running Manmade, but in many ways, have stayed the same. That attitude has been his guiding light in building T7L.
To me, you have to understand the man to understand the brand. This clip gives you some good insight to both. Check it out.
