If you haven't noticed, we switched up the look of our site. It's a much more user friendly experience and translates well to mobile. While the focus of the site is the merch, we'd like to expand a bit going in to the offseason.
We don't blog about Mets news or analysis because in my opinion that space is already over saturated and easily accessible. We mainly use the blog area of our site for posts pertaining to sales, events, outings and the like. I'd like to switch that up though.
I'm looking for some creative Mets fans that have a different take worth reading. Be it the game experience, what's going on in the stands, the pre-games, tailgates, road trips... pretty much whatever. The same route we chose for "Orange and Blue Thing". That's our weekly FB Live Mets show, but not entirely. We talk about anything Mets fans might be interested in, and that's what we want our new bloggers to write about.
Again, not looking for typical Mets news or columnists. Something with humor and creativity that you can't find on the dozens of Mets blogs already out there. Be different.
If you're interested:
We hope you'll join us for the 2nd annual T7L7K! The inaugural event far exceeded our expectations and we know 2025 will be even greater. Run (or walk) with us through Flushing Meadows Corona Park, up to the Shea Stadium base paths, and back.
